CCC Festival At Highlands Hammock

2007

The CCC Festival for 2007 was held on November 3. Staff members Jennifer Abbey, Jackie Bailey, Corine Burgess and Erin McCarta assisted visitors and informed them about the HSWCD.  It was a successful event and many folks stopped by our booth to talk and pick up some of the free items we offered.

2006

The event attendance was 2,407 people.  Staff members Jennifer Abbey, Jackie Bailey, and Erin McCarta manned our booth.  The most popular items at our booth were the Guide to Area Lakes brochure, novelties and posters.  This year's volunteers Alexis Pontius and Michelle Baker donned SFWMD's mascot costume, "Freddie the Alligator."
