Speech Contest

2007

Okeechobee SWCD had a Speech contest this year, and their winner and the HSWCD winner competed in the Area VI competiton.  The winner of the Area Speech Contest won the right to represent Area VI at the State competition which will be held at the Association of Florida Conservation Districts Conference on August 11, 2007 in West Palm Beach.
