Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) and Package Waste Treatment Plants

Offsite waste treatment facilities that serve many homes are regulated by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).  Package plants are sort of mini-WWTPs, generally serving a few dozen or few hundred homes, not the thousands of homes served by WWTPs.  Questions or concerns should be directed to the DEP office in Ft.
