Growing up in a family rooted in the citrus industry, Wade developed a lifelong passion for agriculture. Before taking his current position with Highlands Soil & Water Mobile Irrigation Lab, he spent 15 years with a local environmental laboratory, working closely with farmers to help protect our natural resources. As a Mobile Irrigation LabTechnician, he enjoys helping farmers get a better understanding of their water usage and educating them on the importance of water conservation.
Wade, a Highlands County native, resides in Lake Placid with his wife of 11 years, Carolyn, and their daughter Emily. In his free time, Wade enjoys golfing and being outdoors with his family.
